He has undergone Training Programmes on Export Management and for Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 from West Bengal State Export Promotion Society and SSI Kolkata respectively during the early years of his career. In his long career he has dealt with both domestic and international clients. He has managed important aspects of an organization, by strong decision making as well as influencing skills backed up by technical and logical thinking for its overall development. As a Director of Mexl Atindra is responsible for framing marketing strategy leading to the path of market prospects, expansion and development of the business. Under his leadership, the company shall design its methods to identify, accumulate and respond to multiple market segment needs.

He has held various important positions in this industry under numerous organizations in his elaborate career. Apart from being an experienced campaigner in shipping and international logistics, Amit is also Member of The Institute of Cost Accountant of India and a "F" Card Custom License Holder. He has a pivotal role in Mexl, providing strategic as well as financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met and developing necessary policies and procedure to ensure to sound financial management.
